Last September developer Ape Law launched its psychological horror title Albino Lullaby for PC and the Oculus Rift DK2 head-mounted display (HMD). That support was then added to the consumer version when it became available last week. And today with the arrival of HTC Vive owners can also purchase the title.

Albino Lullaby is being launched in episodes, with episode two and three due this year, although the second was originally scheduled for March 2016. Ape Law has yet to confirm when the next is likely to arrive. The first episode can purchased for £6.99 GBP, with subsequent episodes costing the same. Or the entire season pass is available for £17.32 to save some cash.

“Players are finally getting to experience Albino Lullaby the way it was intended, in gloriously immersive VR. The response has been so positive that we’ve decided to take it to the next level, by incorporating Vive room scale and hand controllers. Albino Lullaby will have a whole new angle on immersion available to the public as soon as it’s ready!” said Justin Pappas, creative director of Albino Lullaby and Founder of Ape Law.

A surreal first-person horror title Albino Lullaby focuses on unnerving its players through unpredictable events instead of relying on high levels of violence and gore. Simple actions such as pressing a button can have a huge effect on the environment that players are standing in. The story opens with players awakening in a strange facility, exploring it in an attempt to try and piece together how they have arrived there.

VRFocus will continue its coverage of Albino Lullaby, reporting back with any further updates.
