For some time now including more recently a press release tying in with the product’s launch on Oculus Rift and even within a recent interview had with VRFocus, ADR1FT developers Three One Zero and publishers 505 Games have mentioned that their outer space narrative-driven experience – an Oculus Rift launch title no less – would be coming to “additional platforms” or “unannounced VR platforms” down the line. down the line. And, whilst it was somewhat expected, today the studio updated their Steam page with confirmation that ADR1FT would indeed be coming to the HTC Vive courtesy of an update some time during May.

“We will continue to inform you as we get closer to launching the HTC Vive compatibility update. Until then, grab a canister of O2 and keep calm.” Confirmed 505 Games Community Manager Chris Abbott.

No further details as to the update, or anything else that may come with it, were given. However, it is likely we will discover more as we approach the May update. Eager PlayStation VR fans will no doubt be hoping for a similar announcement nearer the game’s as yet undated PlayStation 4 release.

VRFocus will bring you more updates on ADR1FT as we get them. You can find out more on our thoughts through our ADR1FT Preview which can be found here.
