To make story short: I’m looking for ‘affordable’ video and photography gear to make wonderful memories from travelling – it must be able to take video and photos, must be small, must have exchangeable batteries and must be able to take action footage with image stabilisation – yeah, sounds a lot of what I want and this one is quite good – I was surprised!
Made this sample of travelling video using the following equipment:
– insta360 one x camera for making video and pictures
– Davinci resolve for video editing and music mixing
– beautiful free music from top artists

I like how Insta360 one X is versatile, you can:
– shoot ‘regular’ video footage (although a little bit fish-eye distorted effect which you need to learn how to utilise it for full potential),
– shoot 360 video and photos (you can take a look at sample photos on my Instagram account https://bit.ly/2FAKMNU)
What is very nice is that the camera is small, you can point and shoot without much pre-thinking about composition (you can define the composition later in editing); which comes very handy for doing quick shots and think about the image composition later; although there are some things to consider while shooting, but you can generally skip complexity and still get great results in full auto mode!
Please consider that you will have to deal with post processing, converting 360 material to regular one… but it is not a big hassle and software is completely free! If you would like to know more about that, let me know!
