Symbol of the Old Port, loved and iconic almost as much as the lantern, the Bigo is the panoramic lift that offers you a unique point of view over Genoa.
Up to 40 meters high.
Designed by Renzo Piano, the Bigo recalls the ancient cranes that moved goods in the port.
Every day of the year, every 10 minutes , the circular structure takes you gently to 40 meters in height and offers a 360° horizon over the port and city.
Bigo: slate roofs, sea flakes.
Some multilingual photographic panels and an audio recording illustrate the beauties of Genoa: on one side the city, with its ancient buildings, the labyrinth of alleyways, the bell towers that stand out over the slate roofs; on the other side the port, with the frenetic activity of its piers.
Attention: to comply with safety measures, no more than 8 people will be allowed inside the Bigo at a time; the use of a mask is mandatory at all times.

📍Simbolo del Porto Antico, amato e iconico quasi quanto la lanterna, il Bigo è l’ascensore panoramico che vi offre un punto di vista unico su Genova.
Fino a 40 metri d’altezza.
Progettato da Renzo Piano, il Bigo ricorda le antiche gru che movimentavano le merci in porto. Tutti i giorni dellanno, ogni 10 minuti, la struttura circolare vi porta dolcemente a 40 metri di altezza e offre un orizzonte a 360° su
porto e citta.
Bigo: tetti di ardesia, scaglie di mare.
Alcuni pannelli fotografici multilingue e una registrazione audio, illustrano le bellezze di Genova: da un lato la citta, con i suoi palazzi antichi, il labirinto dei caruggi, i campanili che svettano sui tetti in ardesia; dallaltro lato il porto, con la frenetica attività dei suoi moli.
Attenzione: per rispettare le misure di sicurezza all’interno del Bigo non potranno accedere più di 8 persone alla volta; obbligatorio l’uso di mascherina per tutto il tempo.
